“Amada provided outstanding care for my mom. They were unbelievably attentive to make sure that all was safe and that she was well provided for. They worked hard to find the best caregiver to balance her needs and someone that was a good fit for her personality so that she was comfortable. “With the exception of one r n who saw me at home( but failed to treat my primary injury because she said she had no order for it) I have not been seen. They have called and then cancelled twice still claiming no order. Finally called today and said they would give me instructions over the phone on how to care for my wound, despite NEVER seeing the wound. They now claim to have found the order! I question if the people scheduled to see me were even registered nurses, but that is speculation on my part. I have received home nursing before at an exceptional level from other providers. This company deserves a zero scoreI have been treated twice today and my plan of care updated. Melissa and Theresa were excellent as was the phlebotomist. Thank you for following up“
