Bern there three times, all three times a different stylist. I was still very pleased as they keep notes on your cut. Even though it may be a little different I was very satisfied think her name is Jess Jessie Jessica I'm not sure but she killed it. Been there 8 years anyone at the same place that long means she's doing something right!!!

My haircut was done by an untrained worker who was confused and did not know what to do. Then she had to call another worker who fixed the thing. The training activity should not be done/tried on customers.

Have had a couple bad experiences here but the manager is good so never leave a review, I walked in and there were 3 working sitting down, no customers, seemed like a customer being their was annoying to the workers as the place became silent and the other two walked in the back. Simple shave the sides and trim the top from my notes that have been in the system for years. Lady never said another word and was done in about 4 mins. With my tip it was still $20 and when I got to my car I looked in my mirror and had to trim many hairs and the top is very uneven and not to the length I requested, looks like I could go to another place and get a haircut and they wouldn't know...read full review
