We had water in our basement. They were able to get on the project right away and mitigate it. They are very responsive and did a great job explaining the work before getting started.
We used Cousino restoration when our basement was flooded with inches of water. We use our basement for storage and had a huge mess and didn't know where to start or what to do. Everyone that worked on the cleanup was very helpful, professional and polite. They got equipment set up quickly to start drying things out and finished with the cleanup faster than we anticipated. Very pleased with Cousino Restoration! Ed and Lucas were very thorough with the explanation of what needed to be done for my home repair. They were professional and courteous throughout the entire time. They worked around my schedule, making sure that I was able to be involved as much as possible. The dry-waller (forgot his name) that they sent out to do the ceiling was excellent. I would and will recommend Cousino to anyone that needs restoration and repair work done to their home.Services: Roofing
