I MET ROB TODAY AT 12PM,WHICH HE ARRIVED ON TIME. HE SPENT TIME EXPLAINING TO ME THE HISTORY AND QUALITY OF THE PRODUCTS, AND WARRENTY THAT CHAMPION OFFER.I HAD NO IDEAL OF THE COST OF A SUNROOM. ROB EXPLAINED TO ME THE VALUE OF HAVING A SUNROOM. I AM GOING TO INVESTIGATED MY SITUATION TO MAKE MY SUNROOM A REALITY.
My sales representative Todd was knowledgeable, friendly, polite and knew exactly what I wanted to do. No high pressure at all. I wanted a good warranty. I got it. I wanted energy efficiency. I got it. When I said I wanted a company that will say what they are going to do and do what they're going to say. He sold me. Tired of working with companies that can't guarantee their work, show up to the works site when they say they will. In a few weeks I will have new energy efficient windows. I am very excited about new windows I've need them ever since I moved in here 7 years ago. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE ??
Rob came into our home with a great attitude and I was very impressed with the way he composed himself and explained the differences in the manufacturing processes that set Champion apart from some of the other manufacturers.
