We worked with Shirleen and Chuck Kistner for our kitchen floor. I was looking for a specific look and could not find the tiles anywhere. I walked into Carpets by Otto and found it immediately. Shirleen and Chuck were very hands on throughout the project checking progress regularly. We needed serious floor leveling for our 1920’s home in additional to the tile. It turned out awesome!
Carpets by Otto is the best of the best! While updating our home I was looking for a statement carpet for our foyer stairs. Chuck and Shirleen worked with me, sending samples home with me and making sure I was getting what I wanted & needed. With 3 young kids our stairs need to hold up to lots of living, while adding a beautiful focal point to our home. Thank you, we are so pleased with the results!
