How are people not reviewing this amazing company? They are so backed up with work, they were unable to show up for 4 weeks for our condo association, but that was OKAY! Two reps came out and assessed all chimneys, inside and out, and gave us a quote right away for each unit. The representatives were polite, knowledgable, respectful, and honest. We work with contractors on at least a daily basis, work closely with the city building department in order to abide by our state building codes. These guys do the same and follow code to the letter. When it comes to fireplaces, you do not mess around. This is our chimney company. They cost a bit more, you might wait awhile for them to get to you, but once they do, be prepared to be impressed. Thank you M and Z for a thorough inspection and honest disclosure.

Very professional service. The receptionist that did the scheduling was very friendly and accommodating. And the service tech that came out to do our plumbing was very knowledgeable and fair with his pricing.Thumbs up to this company. I would surely recommend them.
