after 5 weeks of well water problems- as in no water - AND waiting on 4 different companies to show up. (They kept say they would come out and repair our problem: they would come, look, give us dates they were coming but Never Showed - and didn’t return our calls!)
Shane (valley well and pump services) was the only person who came out- discussed the problem- told us his action plan - and worked from 1 pm until 10:30 installing a new pipe line and getting our water running again !!!
He did heavy duty digging- crazy hard drilling / crawled under the house and went in and out of a 4 ft deep hole all night making sure all attachments were working .
He cleaned up and put all the dirt back. Great attitude, customer service and work ethic. So if anyone needs help with their well or pump (or know someone who does) - THIS is who you need to call
We used Legacy Remodeling to gut and reconfigure our kitchen to the studs, relocate a half-bath to create a formal walk-in pantry, replace carpet with hardwood in our dining room, refinish our entire hardwood floors in the space to a darker color, and finally, replace our stair spindles and restain the railings to complete the look. We were extremely pleased with the design process that provided renderings to visualize the new space, customize our cabinet layouts to meet our needs, and the quality of workmanship and skill in relocating plumbing, duct work, and gas lines to achieve our plan. It was a long and arduous schedule given the amount of work that was required but the end result was worth it and the partnership we built with the craftsman was a great experience. They made everything right along the way and thoughtfully added scope when we asked to adjust our vision as things progressed. We would definitely use this team again for any large projects in the future.
