Cory arrived on time and took the time to help me understand my heat and cooling system. He explained in detail how to get the best efficiency of the system and made me comfortable when I ask probing questions. I would highly recommend Federal Elite Heating and Cooling.
Our air conditioning unit went down over the weekend and our normal HVAC guy was on vacation, so he referred us to Federal Elite. We’ve had several bad experiences with other heating and cooling companies through the years- they always tried to upsell us on services.
From start to finish, Federal Elite was top notch. They were able to get us scheduled for the same day! Our technician, Cory was amazing. He was friendly, efficient and did not try to upsell anything.
