Downey did an AMAZING job with our carpets. Kevin was on time, courteous, thorough, and efficient. We have two large dogs and a toddler and the carpets were definitely showing it. By the time he was done, the carpets looked SO much better.
He even took the time to point out a particularly tough spot in our living room and told us to keep an eye on it to make sure it had fully cleared once the carpet dried, and to let them know if it persisted.

Not only did I receive a call after booking the service to ensure I was prepared for their visit, they walked through each room upon arrival and completion to let me know what they would and did do in each room.
