Called to get an estimate. The receptionist gave me a quote and explained what services would be done for my duct cleaning. I set an appointment for the following week. Recieved emailed as a reminder and was called that morning when the tech was on his way. Caleb came and was friendly, answered questions I had, showed me pictures of his work.
After he came, tried to remove sentiment from the tank and it wouldn't drain, indicated he is not allowed to continue, so he stopped. Which was perfered to have it done correctly.
A plumber come out 12/20 and completed the project.
