The staff and doctors are very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful, taking time to listen to concerns and explain things clearly without rushing appointments. The offices are clean and well taken care of, featuring a snack and drink bar. The clinic is well-equipped to handle situations in-house. The staff is friendly and helpful, making both pets and owners feel special and comfortable, including during difficult transitions where they are compassionate. Clients appreciate the available technology, such as an app and the ability to text with fast responses. Many highly recommend this veterinary practice.
Professional and caring group of doctors. I have experienced two animal clinics i.e. Berwick Animal Clinic where my dogs Bella and Tiffany were not properly diagnosed. I knew something was wrong and questioned them but they kept denying. The clinic weren't equipped. However, this time, I did my research and found Groveport Animal Clinic are equipped to handle every situation in-house.
Our son got a puppy for Christmas. A few days before the pups arrival I stopped by the office to find out when we should bring the new pup in. The staff was as so friendly and helpful. A few days after being the pup home we had our appointment. This was our 5 y.o. son's first trip to a vet and they made him feel so special. The offices are so clean and well taken care of. They even have a snack and drink bar while you wait. The tech and Dr. rivers was very nice, explaining everything clearly. No surprises. We appreciate the tech in place... Had to say goodbye to my son/ best friend. The staff here made his transition very peaceful. The hardest thing I ever had to do and they were very helpful and compassionate. I could never thank them enough❤️
