I highly recommend The Plumbing Solution because of their skill, punctuality, and expertise. Mike and Dawn have worked for us previously, and are always very fair and knowledgeable in their field. Mike and Dawn installed water heater and couple other things. They are knowledgeable, skilled, experienced, detail oriented and so good at explaining all they did. So professional and they take pride in what they do. Any other issues I have, I will use them.

Let me start by saying wow! I called today as our tenants mentioned issues with the drains backing up. I left a message and was promptly called back by Dawn. She was super knowledgeable and asked questions about what was going on. After the questions she said they would be happy to come out and take a look, but recomended we call the county out first as it really sounded like the main. She provided me with the number to call and said I can call or text her back. The county came out and sure enough there was a giant root ball blocking the main.
