After my ceiling collapsed , they boarded the whole with plywood. Didn't repair the roof. Contaminated water driped constantly in a bucket in the middle of my living room. Everybody on the third floor had buckets to catch the dripping water off of there ceiling. Mine was first to go. They tried to corner the market and buy every rental building in my neighborhood. Fortunately, alot are independently owned. Bottom line, there is no 24-hour maintenance, it took ten hours after my roof collapsed before anyone responded. Still shaking my head in disbelief .
