I had a one hour deep tissue massage with Malory today and it was the best!! She's so easy to talk to and great at what she does. She definitely has healing hands. I didn't realize how much tension I was holding throughout my body but she was able to work on all of my problem areas as well as areas I didn't know were a problem. I'll be back for sure! THIS IS THE BEST PLACE TO GET MASSAGES! I’ve been going to Malory for over a year. What she does is life changing. I have chronic pain, and she doesn’t stop until you feel better. 10/10 recommend this place

Did a 1-hour stretching session with Errol. He truly pays attention to how the muscles react and listened to feedback on how I was responding to the movement during the session. Will definitely be back.
