Not the best, not the worst, but at least they have two chest fly machines. Run by a great crew who keeps it clean and has a great rapport with members. Check the hours, this is not a 24 hour Shop like others.

Staff is awesome! Jordan, Joe, Kyle and Chuckie can't think of the others names, but yes each and everyone of of them are wonderful! Always friendly and helpful. This location is always cleaned and well stocked... Paper towels, spray cleaner etc. Please let them all know what a wonderful job they all do!

I go later around 9:30 -10 and it isnt crowded. Place is clean. Employees and members have always been nice. If there is anything to complain about its that to many of the tvs are set to the "news" channels.
