I wished I would have seen the other comments prior to my appointment! Joe's customer service is next to nothing! I ordered two pair of glasses from him. When he was helping me it was if it was a bother! Was told it takes two weeks for glasses to come in. After a month of not hearing anything, I call and was told that one pair had been in. Was told to come in anytime and pick them up. When I arrived staff was taken back because I didn't have an appointment! Joe brings my glasses out doesn't say have a seat and see how they fit. He proceeds to hand them to me. I put them on and can't see a thing! I explain to Joe I cant see anything. He states they are readers! I explain I need glasses to work not read 2 inches from my face. I finally told him to refund my money for that pair. I was so upset when I left, I called when I got home and had him refund the other pair that was on back oder. I then make a call today to the office and explain the prescription is not correct. Rather than say come back in so that the doctor can get it correct for you, the receptionist proceeds to make excuses to the point that I say I will go elsewhere! I'm now left with a prescription that is useless!

Dr. Dowd is the friendliest and nicest doctor I've ever seen. Always informative and answers all questions. And the office staff ladies are the best in the world. Always asked how things are going and always smiling.
