Cleveland Cremation went above and beyond our expectations. The care given to my family was handled with such kindness and professionalism. The cost was very affordable and they guided us through everything that we would not have thought of.
Thank you, Darrin, for your compassionate, dignified and professional handling of our whole experience from the initial planning almost four years ago, to the final cremation of mom two days ago. You walked us through the necessary paperwork along the way and answered the many questions we had from the beginning. We will definitely be using Cleveland Cremation for our future needs and recommending this cost effective service to family and friends when exorbitant funeral arrangements are prohibitive to many people these days.
My father passed sudden and unexpectedly February 2024 as I was due to give birth 6 days afterwards. Never have I ever arranged a cremation or even a funeral. I ran across Cleveland Cremation online, Completed a form and Darrin called me the next day. I told him I was due to give birth and he handled everything with so much care and compassion. Even after I gave birth he made sure to keep my mind at ease. His communication was incredible, his response either by call or email was quick and efficient.
