I cannot tell you all enough about the outstanding, compassionate care that this clinic has provided for my senior cats. Dr. Walker, Dr. Weigel and Dr. Mitzi have been wonderful. They caught a kidney issue with one of my girls several years ago. She was able to have her best life for years more than expected due to the incredible care she received. Sadly, she passed away just recently at the age of 20. The End of Life process and service they provided was truly beautiful. I will be sure to keep my cats with this team for many years to come!
I recently switched my dog Riley over to Bartels. I am so happy I did. He is 2 1/2 and having recurring ear problems. Other vets just treated the symptoms and not the actual cause. On Riley's first visit he received exceptional attention and in depth care. I was amazed at how the doctors and staff got to the bottom of his ear infection and what was causing it. They gave him red light therapy and he was treated like a king the whole time. They were very gentle and loving towards him. They call after each visit to see how Riley is feeling as he has to go back for check ups.

There was a downpayment required, in my case it was $89.50 which was the same price as the exam for my cat. If you feel uneasy about calling them to get info, you have the option to text their number. I called before going to ask for prices and I ended up paying more because my cat needed to be sedated and had an upper respiratory infection. The place is very nice and has a bit of everything, there is boarding, a hospital, a spa, and they also have food for pets for sale. For boarding, pets must have their vaccines, if not they might have an option to isolate them but you would need to contact them to confirm and the cost is higher.
