I had been avoiding the dentist for years because I was just afraid to go. Finally I broke a tooth and had no choice. I picked this place initially because it was close, but kept going back because of the service.
I appreciate that they talk you through all the work/options and always try to go with the least invasive option. They also use DentalVibe- a vibrating tool that makes you feel the novocaine shot way less.
Most importantly everyone who works in the office is so kind. They never made me feel bad for avoiding the dentist and all the damage I caused to my teeth (or that I’m still a little nervous every time I go).
The dental hygienist was super nice and professional. She did an amazing job cleaning my teeth and providing me with information. The “doctor” however was not very pleasant. His choice of words, tone of voice, and pressure applied while simply checking after the hygienist was rude and aggressive. Because of the doctor, I do not plan on returning for services.

The best dental office I have been to. Everyone here is so friendly and knowledgeable. The dentist does great work and really cares about the patients and their experience. I am not a fan of going to the dentist but I always feel a lot better coming here knowing I am going to get the proper care. I highly recommend York dental!!
