Stopped in on April 10, 2021 around 11:20-11:30 with a leaky valve. The kind woman at the parts counter was so extremely helpful. She had a special tool and was able to remove the old petrified and deteriorating washer. She also was able to get a new washer fitted in even though there was a small dent where the washer needed to seat at. She also fixed me up with a new gasket and packing rope. She saved the day and my repair was a success. I wish I had gotten her name, she had a blue Litt's Plumbing polo on and an orange multi tie-dye face mask on. I thank her immensely and I highly recommend Litt's Plumbing.
