“We're coming up on one year of home care for Mom (97). She has a touch of dementia and is largely immobile. The berea crew provides us with 5-7 days a week of daycare. The 2-3 caregivers that we use have been competent and reliable. The scheduling staff seems available 24/7 and is responsive to our needs that can vary from week to week. Overall, the operation is well run and deserves a recommendation as Tess and her group have relieved a great deal of pressure off of our family. - RC“
