Outstanding service when I really needed someone to come in and review the water damage in my home. Service was quick and personnel are friendly.I originally called roto-rooter, but was put in a queue where I wouldn’t receive service for another few weeks. When I called aqua master pro they came out the next day.I highly recommend aqua master pro for a quick resolution with honest input on the kind of damage you may have in your home.Service: Water damage-related cleanup & repair
This review is long over due. I interviewed a few water response teams for the work that needed to be done to my basement. After interviewed 6 companies, to me it was hands down Aqua Master. I did not choose the cheapest bid, but I choose who I felt was being up front with me and not sugar coating anything about what may be found after tearing out a part of my basement that had a raised floor and was finished. After doing all that, drying out my basement and santizing it, the owner took all the time needed to answer my questions and concerns which allowed me to determine next steps that i may need to have done. Vitaliy came to the rescue when I had a clean water flood in my basement and I didn't know what to expect having never experienced a flood before. He stayed day and night to make sure everything was handled meticulously, I have never seen a work ethic like this before in my life and I deal with vendors daily. Since then, I've hired him to do work for my family's company, relatives and myself - I guess if one thing positive came out of my basement flood it was that I was introduced to the most dedicated company with which I've ever dealt.
