I went July 13th 2024 for a simple gel removal on my toes. I was in and out in 15 minutes. I had Chew (not sure how to spell her name). She was efficient and gentle. I was so impressed by the environment. It was clean, smelled good and made me feel relaxed as soon as I sat down. I will be back!

I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to get professional laser done. Very transgender friendly they all made me feel so valid. We all know for MTF transitions getting rid of that facial and chest hair is crucial. I feel like I can finally breathe and getting through my day to day life has gotten so much easier. I feel a sense of calm over my soul that I can’t truly put into words. I’ve lost a lot of hair in the first few session. So exciting. I already stopped getting razor bumps! Very clean location with amazing staff.

Recently, Marcus and his group completed a total rebuild of our master bathroom. This rebuild included the removal of everything in the bathroom (tub, shower, vanity, etc). It was replaced with a new custom shower (shower head, body sprays, wand and rainfall shower heads), new jetted tub, the relocation of the commode, transforming the old shower into a new closet, the installation of a heated, tiled floor, new vanity, and lighted mirror. All of this was completed in approximately 7 weeks.
Upon completion of the work, there was an issue with the heated floor. This issue was resolved by the team in short order at their expense.
The end product completely exceeded our expectations. Further, the team was professional, easy to work with, and a joy to have in our home. We are very excited for the new bathroom and could not be happier. We are excited to have them back for future renovations

Wow! Really great service all around, she helped me pick outfits and backdrops for my daughter, she has all the props, so many backdrops to choose from and oh.so.many. outfits! The website the gallery was sent over on is very easy to use and I love the feature to be able to sort favorite into different folders [grandma's favorites, favorite profile shots etc].
The shots she got are fantastic, the quality of the photos is even better, there isn't a bad one in the lot. Even when my daughter was making a weird face or not at all interested in the task at hand Teri managed to squeeze gold out of it. I wish I could go back in time to do this with my older kid. My house is going to look weirdly unbalanced with how many baby photos I have hung up!

I have been to Valley West twice now and have been very happy with my haircut as well as the customer service experience. It is a small Shop with a personal touch.

My son has ALWAYS been the type of kid who never liked getting his hair combed or touched lol so he's always pretty apprehensive when it's time to get a haircut especially if we have to try a new barber that he isn't used to. Daisun was very nice, professional, and patient. And by the end of the hair cut my son's face lit up as he said, "wow I look good!" Lol (I'm also very particular about his cuts and I agree, he looked great! Daisun did an amazing job and gave him a nice clean fade and hairline) Highly recommend! The shop was clean, spacious, and had a dope vibe with a comfortable waiting area.

So friendly knowledgeable i had the VIP mani and VIP pedi and she broke it down everything that I was getting done. Omg the massages on my hands and feet omg to die for. I was unhappy with my previous nail process with dipping powder. Plus I didn’t like the color. I decided to return to Leo Nail Spa. My nail technician was Daniel. He began the removal of my current nails. He brought over a second technician to check my nail removal. I had never had that happen before. They said they wanted to make sure what was going on with my real nails ans the old product was not coming off ans it usually does. End result were my nails look wonderful. I appreciated the extra time, effort and consultation to make sure everything was okay with my nails. Daniel did an excellent job.

When me and my older sister went, we asked for our Husky/Germen Shepherd to get groomed and a few extra's. He is a very playful dog, who always gets muddy; he came back extremely clean and smelling amazing, as well. The workers there were extremely nice and respectful, we toured around and everything was clean and neat. Our stylist was named Jenny, definitely planning on coming back. :)
