Monica is literally the best hair stylist I've crossed paths with! My family and I have been going to this salon for about 4 years now and I plan on staying here too. Monica is such a breath of fresh air and sooo easy to talk to and get along with. Not to mention that she does an amazing job with my hair each and every time I show up. I have thick curly hair that gets very oily hair and Monica knows exactly what to do each time I show up. I've walked in multiple times requesting a different look (no specific instructions just something new and different) and Monica has delivered each time! She knows exactly what I want and I don't even have to explain. We've colored my hair multiple times and there has been no signs of damage nor breakage. She has kept my hair healthy and growing all these years!
Hair isn't the only thing Monica excels at. She does an amazing job with lashes, brows, makeup, and so much more! The atmosphere and the salon itself is great too! I feel like I'm on a relaxing vacation when I am there. Her interns are also so nice and talented! It's always nice to see successful people pass their knowledge onto the younger generation. I went July 13th 2024 for a simple gel removal on my toes. I was in and out in 15 minutes. I had Chew (not sure how to spell her name). She was efficient and gentle. I was so impressed by the environment. It was clean, smelled good and made me feel relaxed as soon as I sat down. I will be back!

We all know for MTF transitions getting rid of that facial and chest hair is crucial. I feel like I can finally breathe and getting through my day to day life has gotten so much easier. Recently, Marcus and his group completed a total rebuild of our master bathroom. This rebuild included the removal of everything in the bathroom (tub, shower, vanity, etc). It was replaced with a new custom shower (shower head, body sprays, wand and rainfall shower heads), new jetted tub, the relocation of the commode, transforming the old shower into a new closet, the installation of a heated, tiled floor, new vanity, and lighted mirror. All of this was completed in approximately 7 weeks.
Upon completion of the work, there was an issue with the heated floor. This issue was resolved by the team in short order at their expense.
The end product completely exceeded our expectations. Further, the team was professional, easy to work with, and a joy to have in our home. We are very excited for the new bathroom and could not be happier. We are excited to have them back for future renovations

I was looking for a great haircut and found it at Valley West. My choice of Valley West was based on previous reviews and I could say they were not far off at all. I have been to Valley West twice now and have been very happy with my haircut as well as the customer service experience. It is a small Shop with a personal touch.

My son has ALWAYS been the type of kid who never liked getting his hair combed or touched lol so he's always pretty apprehensive when it's time to get a haircut especially if we have to try a new barber that he isn't used to. Daisun was very nice, professional, and patient. And by the end of the hair cut my son's face lit up as he said, "wow I look good!" Lol (I'm also very particular about his cuts and I agree, he looked great! Daisun did an amazing job and gave him a nice clean fade and hairline) Highly recommend! The shop was clean, spacious, and had a dope vibe with a comfortable waiting area.

So friendly knowledgeable i had the VIP mani and VIP pedi and she broke it down everything that I was getting done. Omg the massages on my hands and feet omg to die for. I highly recommend the establishment and I definitely recommend her. It’s so nice and clean it’s so inviting.

I was unhappy with my previous nail process with dipping powder. Plus I didn’t like the color. I decided to return to Leo Nail Spa. My nail technician was Daniel. He began the removal of my current nails. He brought over a second technician to check my nail removal. I had never had that happen before. They said they wanted to make sure what was going on with my real nails ans the old product was not coming off ans it usually does. End result were my nails look wonderful. I appreciated the extra time, effort and consultation to make sure everything was okay with my nails. Daniel did an excellent job.

They sent two highly skilled technicians out that very same day for a fairly time sensitive and unusual issue - Gavin (and forgive me I didn't catch the other gentleman's name, I was in the middle of a Zoom meeting) was very thorough, helpful, knowledgeable, and the pricing was more than fair. When me and my older sister went, we asked for our Husky/Germen Shepherd to get groomed and a few extra's. He is a very playful dog, who always gets muddy; he came back extremely clean and smelling amazing, as well. The workers there were extremely nice and respectful, we toured around and everything was clean and neat. Our stylist was named Jenny, definitely planning on coming back. :)
