Most of the receptionists dont care about the patients anymore. The doctors and nurses are still great, but besides one or two receptionists, they just dont care. Ive been hung up on, had rude interactions, and been disregarded. Tried to get appts for two months and couldnt get in. When i did finally get in, i ended up having bronchitis pretty severely. Took meds, they didnt work so i tried to get back in or get something else. Receptionist flat out asked me "what do you want me to do about it?". Next day I was wanting to call off from work as I still felt pretty crappy, and it was 4 hours of trying to call in and get a note, and finally I just had to tell them... read full review

No one "likes" going to the doctor, but this Group has down-to-earth style and good basic care. Everyone is relaxed in their position and willing to help their patients. Very fortunate to doctor here.

Wonderful caring physicians. Your health is important and they take that seriously. Nursing staff is top notch and there to help you. The receptionists are helpful and friendly too. Call the office to make an appointment. You’ll be happy you did
