The guys from Basinger were amazing to work with! I called them out to replace a furnace that was "dead", but before they gave a quote, the technician wanted to take a shot at fixing the problem. He ran some tests and narrowed down the issue to 2 possibilities. He ordered those parts and they fixed the issue! So instead of a full replacement at over $5000, they got us going again for around $300. Thanks to my brother for referring Basinger - I'll always call them first!

Ryan worked with my elderly dad who is a bit on the slower side and was taken advantage of by another company who was trying to get him to replace the air and furnace and spend money he didn't need to spend, ryan came and was able to order a part for him and basically save my father thousands of dollars he didn't need to spend we are so grateful for experience and compassion especially dealing with someone who is a little on the slower side our family thanks you Ryan for taking the time with our dad !!!

Basinger Plumbing & Heating came to our rental property this afternoon to give us quote to fix the air conditioning unit and also looked at the furnace. He gave us a quote listing everything that we needed to make our decision on what we wanted to do. He was so knowledgeable in his job and told us about the warranty for the furnace/air conditioning unit. He then presented us with his quote so that we can compare his with another one we have.
