I have always been treated with kindness and courtesy. Dr. Smith and the staff treat me as if I am their only patient. I never feel that they are rushing me through like so many other professional offices. Any questions or concerns I have had were addressed immediately. everyone there is knowledgeable and caring. I'm so thankful I was referred to them.

To have a place like this in Lake Co and not have to travel in to Cleveland is a blessing - Dr. Smith is so very kind, he makes sure he is on the top of his game when it comes to training and knowledge and he spends time with me to make sure all my questions are answered. If you want fair pricing and a doctor with a great head on his shoulders who treats his clients with the utmost respect and doctor who is NOT arrogant - then you have come to the right place

Dr Smith and his Nurse Sharon took their time with me to explain everything I needed to know about my leg vein treatments. The entire staff is extremely knowledgeable and accommodating! I highly recommend Smith Vein Institute for any vein issue you may have!
