“WOW! My usual medical facility could not get me in for 3 months. I then called Optima and they got me in the next day! Reception was very pleasant and efficient with new patient paperwork. Wait time was less than 5 minutes. Dr assistant was very nice and professional. Dr. DeLost came in took care of my issue and I was out within about 3 minutes. I have had this procedure before but my treatment area is not as aggravated as it has been in the past. This in my new dermatologist and I would recommend Dr. DeLost to everyone. He transformed me from brunette to platinum blonde in a day, which most hairstylists say “it’s a process that will take months”, not with Joao. But most importantly, my hair was not fried. It was still strong and beautiful color. I had so many compliments. He is friendly, calm and patient, very loving personality!!
