The staff was pleasant, kind and explained what was going to be done and why. They made a high anxiety situation very manageable for me.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! Facebook is providing false information!!! I do NOT recommend this place because their billing department is very incompetent!!! Every time we have an appointment there, there is an issue with my billing. EVERY time! They don't verify with ones health insurance of any procedure being done BEFOREHAND. Therefore, resulting in the patient having to pay out of pocket expenses they should NOT have!! I would NEVER go here unless you don't mind throwing out money. Plus, whoever I spoke to on the phone about my billing issue, had an attitude. She was on speaker and everyone heard her.
Switching to a new Dentist because of a new insurance plan is never easy. Coming to Painesville Dental Group was definitely the right choice. I’ve had fillings, crowns and a bridge and Dr. Jerry Patriarca is wonderful. Very caring, explains all procedures and makes me want to keep up with my cleanings and flossing. All the staff is friendly and very professional. I am confident in the care I receive. They have a beautiful building and state of the art equipment. I’m a patient of over 15 years. ❤️
