I want to get the word out there . I just want to let people know never take your animals to big creek vets in chardon . We had to put our lil dog down cause they didn't know what they were doing . So for our animal had to suffer for two weeks cause they were misdiagnosed us in the wrong direction. How did we know this , because we went got a second opinion. The other vet we seen he said he was very disappointed in them they did not catch this it was all in the blood work . Our little dog had stage 4 liver failure, had bleeding in his stomach, his pancreas was so big and there was much more ! We understand that if we caught it on day one there was nothing we can do cause it was moving so fast for his little body . The point is we made him suffer and force feed him for two weeks because of big creek all they did is misdiagnose us and took our money and say things will be ok . I love all three of my dogs very much ! I would hate to see other ppl go there and not get the help they really need. I don't want to see anyone go throw what we did . I just want to get the word out there and spread it . I know I can't get my money back or bring our lil dog back but if it helps other people out there not to go and get the right help they need I will do so . I know there's alot of people out there like us that we care a lot about our animals. They are family! Thank you all for taking the time to read this . We are very heartbroken.

Corporate Greed! When I moved here three years ago, Big Creek was wonderful. I have five animals that I took to Big Creek. Lately, the only thing they seem to care about is money and in doing so they've lost my business. It's really disappointing because I was so happy when I found them. Stay away unless you want to give them all your money. This place is a shining example of corporate greed.

Big Creek used to be so nice. They had vets that cared about your animals. Now they care more about the ambulance or how their lobby smells. Candles burning that you can smell before you walk in the door. Their solution to people who can't come inside because of medical issues like asthma or allergies is too sit in your vehicle while they take your animal away. And call you on phone. I personally don't want my animal going where I can't see how they treat my pet. They are my kids. You wouldn't send a baby into the doctor and sit outside. Also their prices are now way out of line. Office visit $100. You can't get out of their office under $300. My bill was $507. Shot, OV, x-ray and blood work. In the past it would have been $300.
