Heading into the situation, we were worried that this could be a very expensive repair. After Mike’s diagnosis we would have still be happy with a few hundred dollars. We couldn’t have been happier with the final bill! It was a fraction of what we expected (even cheaper than a new thermostat) and Mike couldn’t have been nicer or more responsive!
