I am a Ohio only licensed home inspector and termite inspector. As far as my background goes, I am part of a fourth-generation construction and carpentry family. My father, grandfather and great-grandfather were master carpenters and general contractors. My life in construction started at age 14, building houses from the ground up with my dad and I continued with small remodeling and carpentry jobs. Because of this, when I inspects a home, I literally sees it from the inside out. This ability also serves me as a fire fighter and fire safety inspector for my department.
