Pat was amazing! I had just gone into contract on my first house. The seller had provided a semi-recent inspection with some concerning marks, however, after Pat came by there was much more brought to light. Pats thoroughness saved me from purchasing a home that would have needed thousands and thousands of dollars worth of repairs that were not told to me previously. I will use Pat again.
