We came home to no hot water and no heat . We called this company first thing next morning and they sent Mark the repairman by 9:30am ( actually he was early ) . He had everything up and running in no time and probably saved our lives finding a carbon monoxide leak. It's an old house and old appliances and this guy was spot on with everything . Professional and knowledgeable. We made the right call going with Orrville P&H. I am so grateful . When the old stuff kicks the bucket , I'm sure we'll be going with this company for replacement.
