If I could give this place a 0 out of 5 I would. Where to begin. This was the absolute worst funeral home I have ever been to! My uncles funeral was today and it was the most awful experience! The first thing I noticed was he was missing his favorite gold watch that he cherished and asked to be buried with. His daughter hand delivered the watch and told them this a fee days prior to his service. The first thing we noticed, it wasn't on him. When we asked them where it was, they scrambled to find out where it went. Go to find out, someone had given his watch away! To a woman my uncle had dated! They robbed my uncle of not only one of his final wishes, but also his most special possessions! The service continued and his daughter, the only child he has, sat there completely excluded from the speech that was given, robbed of any sympathy and respect, her fathers watch which was the only thing she had of his, was robbed of her and my uncle and given to his girlfriend. AND to top it all off, his daughter arranged a 21 gun military service for her father and the flag, bullets and medal that she was honorably and respectfully should receive, WAS ALSO GIVEN AWAY TO HIS GIRLFRIEND!! Are you serious!? And when the military Sargent confronted the girlfriend and the funeral director, to give his daughter atleast a shell casing, they just stood there and said no, AND LEFT! This was the absolute WORST AND MOST DISRESPECTFUL experience I have ever seen! You caused his daughter immense emotional pain today!

Freck's has become our family funeral home. My parents were both cared for there. Every one was very nice and thoughtful during some hard days for us, especially Joe and Tyler.
