“James was great. I submitted a request for a quote via our local directory for an appointment to examine a circuit breaker that kept tripping when we turned on a lamp in our living room. James called me within a couple of hours to get some more details and a picture of the breaker box and texted me a detailed quote shortly after. So I set up an appointment for a Saturday morning. -- he was prompt and very friendly, appeared to be very thorough in his examination of the box and the outlets (he got my money's worth out of the hourly fee), and explained what he thought the issue was and the potential fixes. I took his suggestion, and so far, so good! I highly recommend James and his team!“
