I wanted to share my experience with Universal Enterprises on 12.28.17, I called the company as I had needed a plumber because where my furnace and water heater are there was a puddle of water and it was running into my hallway and my carpeting was soaking wet...The representative named Amber answered the call..I thought she was so kind and thoughtful of my situation..I found out they only do commercial services not residential..Amber did go beyond her customer service and help me try to figure out my next step..I was so pleased with her taking the time to help me..I just hope other companies could have Amber's in their front desk of operation...My experience became... read full review
