Shad is a very pleasant and respectful technician. He does a great job and always asks if we are having any specific issues. He invites us to contact the company if any issues present. Although I realize this is standard for all service technicians, Shad makes you feel that your needs are important to him.
I was contacted when Nolen Pest Control was on their way, an expected arrival time and once arrived. Shad was excellent in discussing the issue, treatment and made sure I was aware of their guarantee. I recommend Nolen and will use them again for any pest issues.
Corie did a wonderful job removing our bald-faced hornets nest. She explained the process, and what to expect afterwards. Will definitely be coming back to Truly for all out extermination needs. Thanks!
