“I wanted to share my experience with Universal Enterprises on 12.28.17, I called the company as I had needed a plumber because where my furnace and water heater are there was a puddle of water and it was running into my hallway and my carpeting was soaking wet...The representative named Amber answered the call..I thought she was so kind and thoughtful of my situation..I found out they only do commercial services not residential..Amber did go beyond her customer service and help me try to figure out my next step..I was so pleased with her taking the time to help me..I just hope other companies could have Amber's in their front desk of operation...My experience became so much more calming after our discussion..I then contacted the recommended company was so excited how that experience went :) Thank you Amber for all your efforts in getting me to a very great company to help me in my time of need...I recommend Amber as a 5 star customer service representative and all of their professional services...Sincerely, Pam Shumate“

“My daughter is new to the area. While waiting on a call back from a plumber in Galion, we called Kirby Plumbing and Heating. Got a call back within an hour. Jason came and fixed 3/4 of the multiple plumbing issues the next day. The only reason he couldn't complete all of it at the time was because we added an additional issue to his already long list! Came back 5 days later and fixed the last issue. The repairs were very affordable (under what we anticipated and budgeted for, in fact) and he was friendly, professional and polite. “Specialized Pipe Technologies did such a great job on relining and replacing some of our plumbing in our basement. They gave a courtesy call every morning to let us know an eta so that we could prepare for their arrival. They were always here right on time, incredibly professional and kind, and even cleaned up after themselves every day after working all day long so that we didn’t have a mess to clean up after they left. They ran into problems that were unexpected during the job, and quickly found a way to fix the secondary problem at the cheapest price for us. “We recently moved to the area and realized our new home was needing some HVAC tweaks. Plus, we wanted to find someone to check everything annually to avoid surprises.

It was very easy to work with them and plan for the changes. They do quality work.

We had a humidifier added to the forced air HVAC to help with static in the winter and just making the air better for dry noses. We asked for dampers in some vents to enable summer and winter mode, and they understood why I wanted that (look it up if you do not). They added brand new vents in 2 bathrooms and a closet to help get rid of cold/hot pockets plus just get rid of stale feeling air and help towels dry.“

“Dave and Mike did a great job installing vinyl floor in both my bathrooms. They did much more than they contracted for, fixed a tub spigot and a toilet float with no additional cost. They filled the floor beneath my washer and dryer and replaced the poor dryer vent with all new PVC fittings. They did much more than promised for the agreed price. I will use them again!!“

“Called them on Sat morning and repair man came on Sat afternoon. Chad checked my 27 yr old furnace and informed me it had died. He carried an infrared heater I had in the basement upstairs and set it up in he livingroom for me so I would have some heat until Mon morn. The office called me Monday morning with the estimate for the new one and Chad arrived about 9:30 to install it. He was very pleasant and professional. The price was much lower than I had anticipated. I will definitely contact them the next time I am in need of their services. Thank you for a job well done!“
