All staff people were helpful and compassionate for the entire process of preparing for Mom's passing as well as during her last days. Upon Mom's passing, they responded to the late-night call from the nursing facility promptly, and treated Mom very gently. They dealt with me and this very painful process with professionalism and kindness. I am so grateful for their care.
