We had LL Flooring install a vinyl plank floor for us in September of '22. It started buckling a year later and the warranty department refused to repair it. We went back to the store, explained our situation and they bent over backwards to help me get what I needed. Not a fan corporate, big fan of this store.
Marsha and Dustin were so helpful as we made many trips to find the perfect floor. Highly recommend choosing a floor specialist store over a big box store, they are so knowledgeable and helpful!
It was a really easy buying experience with a great selection of flooring I shopped The big box stores in our area I wasn't too impressed with the price versus quality LLflooring gave us a much better quality product at a much lower price.
