“I wanted to share my experience with Universal Enterprises on 12.28.17, I called the company as I had needed a plumber because where my furnace and water heater are there was a puddle of water and it was running into my hallway and my carpeting was soaking wet...The representative named Amber answered the call..I thought she was so kind and thoughtful of my situation..I found out they only do commercial services not residential..Amber did go beyond her customer service and help me try to figure out my next step..I was so pleased with her taking the time to help me..I just hope other companies could have Amber's in their front desk of operation...My experience became so much more calming after our discussion..I then contacted the recommended company was so excited how that experience went :) Thank you Amber for all your efforts in getting me to a very great company to help me in my time of need...I recommend Amber as a 5 star customer service representative and all of their professional services...Sincerely, Pam Shumate“

“Very good experience with these folks! This company installed a whole new HVAC system in an older house we purchased. They did a great install and provided high quality Carrier Equipment at a vey reasonable cost. Today was our first service call to them in five years. Our AC failed yesterday evening, it was supposed to be in the high 80s today. They squeezed us in, Service Men came out around noon, determined the problem, they had parts on the truck. We were back in service! The part was covered under the Carrier 10 year warranty. Wow, so impressed.“
