Friendly staff. Fast check in. They have a very nice waiting area (Entire facility is new and up to date).

My visit exceeded my expectations! Clean and pleasant environment. I waited about 7 minutes to go in exam room. No waiting for providers in exam room. I walked across the hall to the pharmacy and waited 5-10 minutes for prescriptions to be filled. Great job everyone!
I needed to see a doctor and its hard to get in with my regular family dr during this season. My son drove me to Avita Ontario Walk--In Clinic and I had less than a 5 minute wait. The staff was very helpful and considerate of my essential tremors and my apparent need for a doctor. Everyone who assisted me was knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and even ready to answer any questions that I had. It took longer for my son to find the entrance than the actual visit. And since its with Avita and so is my Dr, they were able to access My Chart, know my allergies to certain meds, and leave the follow up summary in my chart for my family doctor to see.
