I cannot say enough about Dr. Saxton and this clinic. Our dog is 4 years old and he can be very nervous around new people and places. Last year when I took him to our old vet, he was anxious and the vet treated him like he was dangerous and aggressive, when all he needed was a little positive reassurance and some treats to let him know that everything was okay. This year, I took a leap of faith based on the online reviews and called Big Creek to schedule an appointment for him. I took my dog here for routine needed care: exam, shots, etc, since I adopted her almost a year ago and the previous owner indicated a checkup and shots were due April 4th. So I finally got there today. My dog is skittish, fearful in unfamiliar situations and with unfamiliar people, sometimes hyper, and very nervous. I was too, and trying not to infect her with it. Dr. Saxton and the vet tech, whose name I'm sorry I'm forgetting, were just wonderful. They took all the time that was needed and showed no impatience, didn't hurry us at all. We have had such a wonderful experience with Big Creek Pet Hospital. The Doctors, medical staff and reception all love and treat Gordyn like their own. We are grateful for the care and professionalism they have provided our fur baby. Thank you!
