I cannot say enough about Dr. Saxton and this clinic. Our dog is 4 years old and he can be very nervous around new people and places. Last year when I took him to our old vet, he was anxious and the vet treated him like he was dangerous and aggressive, when all he needed was a little positive reassurance and some treats to let him know that everything was okay. This year, I took a leap of faith based on the online reviews and called Big Creek to schedule an appointment for him. I took my dog here for routine needed care: exam, shots, etc, since I adopted her almost a year ago and the previous owner indicated a checkup and shots were due April 4th. So I finally got there today.
My dog is skittish, fearful in unfamiliar situations and with unfamiliar people, sometimes hyper, and very nervous. I was too, and trying not to infect her with it.
