I apologize that this review is a couple months overdue, but I had an issue in October where OneDrive hijacked my PC and started deleting files in front of my eyes. I was in absolute panic, and to make matters worse, the grocery cart I was using to get the PC tower to my car to bring it into Falls PC Clinic collapsed with it on it, resulting in it blue-screen-of-deathing. I believe it was Derek that I worked with, but not only did he keep me updated every step of the way, he also checked in before performing any additional services to make sure I was comfortable with the quotes provided. He was able to salvage ALL of my files, reinstall windows, and made good and sure that OneDrive was gone, gone, gone. All for a really, really affordable rate. I was expecting to pay triple what they charged me. I cannot recommend this business enough, and thank you SO much for saving my PC and all my projects I feared I lost!

My AC quit working. I phoned Portman Mechanical. They sent Mike out. Great Mechanic .He replaced my fan motor and now I have AC again. Mike was fantastic and knowledgeable .They did all my repairs in a short amount of time THANKS MIKE AND PORTMAN MECHANICAL Great Job

The most impressive part is the amount of attention given during the process. With hot towels, cleaning, and smooth straight razor shaves, the experience is relaxing and when you enter, they're welcoming and treat you like a friend.

Sergiu was able to mow my lawn for me on very short notice, when another company had done a poor job the week before. Since I had been recovering from knee surgery and couldn't do the work myself, I appreciated his help! I will keep Mr. Lawn Care in mind the next time I go on vacation, etc.

On June 20, my husband and I had Nitelights of Cleveland install lighting in the front of our home.Todd told us that when they finished we would not be able to tell they were there, other than seeing the new lights. And he was right. On our first meeting we discussed the system and he had a quote for us in less than a day.The five man team arrived on time . Dan gave me the time to tell them a couple of things before they started. They got right to work answering my questions while I watched. They let me take pictures so that I know where the wire is in case I dig up a plant. I bought extra bags of mulch in case they needed it after digging and I still have the mulch unopened. LolI was impressed with the installation of the voltage box inside of our garage and the wiring can not be seen going to the flagpole in the middle of the lawn. The lights are spaced perfectly and focus on the right areas of the house.So now I had to wait for nightfall to see our new lights. It felt like days!And, OMG!! They are beautiful. Our previous lights were too bright . The new lights are bright but a much softer lighting and it is just stunning. With the lights on the front of the house and the mushroom lights in the landscaping , it is so balanced and inviting. It has improved the esthetics of our home . I find myself walking the dog late at night just so I can admire them.And then we received another bonus: We had just purchased the landscape lights in the front of the house two years ago and we were taking them out. So when they arrived, I asked Dan if he could dig a 30 foot trench so I could install the lighting from the front into the back landscaping. I had to leave the house and when I came back, the trench was dug and they used their underground wire and connected it to the voltage box. He then asked if I wanted it to go into our shed that had electricity instead of to the deck where it would sit outside in the weather. Dan mounted it in the shed without putting a hole into the siding! He had the crew space out the lights across the back property and direct wire them to the main wire . No more little clips that pierce the wire and corrode or pop open. Dan added a second wire so I could also add three spotlights I had. The additional cost was so reasonable , and the job was done professionally and we are overjoyed at that. Now we can enjoy the summer.My husband and I have contracted work with over 8 companies in the last two years. This team is at the top of our list for the best. I really appreciated the team talking with me and explaining things . They did not play loud music, yell to one another , fool around, and I did not see any of them looking at their cell phones . I don’t even know if they had any on them. That is a plus factor for my husband and I. It was nice to have a conversation with the young men while they were here. Fantastic work! Took down a large tree with exposed roots that was dropping everything and ruining our driveway and front yard. Arrived early, took tree down in very reason amount of time, took all the wood as we did not want it, and did the stump grinding. Cleaned up all equipment and mess in yard. Very reasonable price for great work!
I have been taking as many classes as I can in the month of January. I have taken the majority of their classes and I love them!! I have not found a class that I do not like.

Our dryer unexpectedly broke down. Jon came out, had parts delivered to our house, and installed the next day! Didn’t charge extra for the quick turnaround. Even talked me through each step during installation. Great customer service skills and extremely knowledgeable and experienced. Highly recommend!!
Great Business! Needed the flashing on my chimney replaced and Paul not only gave me a great price, he sent out his chimney specialist and he did the work done the same day. Very nice workers & great work done. He took his time and did it right. Ice Guard & Metal Flashing. Highly recommend!
