“The Branch Campus is amazing! The property is expansive and all the trails and facilities are very well maintained. Plus, they've thought of everything and have all the equipment, items, and information you could possibly need. I was very impressed with how well managed and organized everything was, including the orientation, the reservation process, and all the logistics. “Tasana was awesome with our Sadie. Sadie's first year of life was spent in a cage 24/7, so Tasana had to teach her everything. Sadie stayed for 2 months because she decided to be hard headed like her Dad, and not listen to her trainer. When we got Sadie back. You couldn't ask for a better dog. She wasn't scared of men anymore and she loves kids and old people. My 89 year old neighbor sits outside and pets her, if Sadie had her way, she would be petted 24/7. I tried to get Tasana to take the husband...didn't work & i don't have enough money for that training.... Thank you Tasana and family for the best not so little dog ever. All she wants is love from everyone and doesn't know a stranger. I can't thank you enough for making my girl a beautiful princess. Doug was fantastic, has a wonderful inviting studio for both the dogs and the humans. Doug was very knowledgeable, caring and patient with us and our child. “My puppies evaluation went well. He's enrolled in puppy ? school! They give you a report card to tell you what he did and didn't do so combined with the puppy cams you feel a part of his learning experience. A couple downsides though: on their website, there is no puppy school package and nothing that tells you if you buy the standard package and you have a puppy then he's automatically enrolled. Also the cameras have angles that are not good and have many BIG blindspots. They only schedule tours during narrow hours which I work so one is usually not available.“

“We adopted our sweet dog Hazel from GiGis a year ago and the process was quick and smooth. Hazel came to GiGis as a stray and was treated for a host of issues as well as spayed while she was with them. She was also vaccinated and chipped. We met her in a private room and brought her home on the same day. She was happy and healthy when we took her home and has been the best dog I’ve ever had. She has so much love to give and we are so grateful to GiGis for their role in rescuing her.“

“We just started taking our golden retriever here a few weeks ago for daycare on the 2/week wellness plan and have had great experiences so far. He loves it and always excited to arrive and come homes pooped. They have a wonderful customer service team at the front desk , very welcoming, friendly and convenient for drop off. We tried out grooming with Heather today too and she did an amazing job (and I can be quite picky when it comes to his haircuts!) and she was very knowledgeable and patient with my questions. He will definitely be returning in the future for grooming services now too. Thank you!“
