Alterations are done here. Dry cleaning however is not. They ship it out elsewhere. I dropped my coat off on a Wednesday and was told my coat would be ready on Monday. It was not. I had to come back 2 days later which was an inconvenience and unprofessional, especially if I needed it for an event. Thankfully that was not the case. They fixed one of my pockets, but I was not satisfied with the work of the job itself. As a first time customer, just the finished product was bothersome, not even including the wait times.

I had a good experience here. They helped me when I needed a comforter done quickly and it was good. The fluff inside was a little uneven but nothing major. Doesn't look great from the outside but I'll go back
