Took my dog here from a friends recommendation and had a great experience. Everyone from the desk, nurse and doctor were all super sweet and caring. It was busy but I didn't feel rushed and even though it took a lit bit after my appointment time to get in, I didn't mind at all since their service was incredible. The pricing was also what we were expecting. Other vet office were WAY higher and not something we would do.
The place is also super clean.
We took our two young fellows to Douds for shots and introduction to the staff. Unfortunately Dean piddled in his carrier on the way there. The staff were very kind, cleaned his carrier, gave him a bath and treated him gently. They were very professional and super kind. We are so pleased to find them and hope to have many years as friends. 😺😺
