I ordered this as a gift for someone special in my family. She sent me a picture and it looked just like the photo on the website - a rarity! Their website was easy to navigate and it was no problem to order online. The description of the item (including size options) was clear and accurate. I will order from Carlyle Gift and Floral Studio again when I want to send flowers to someone in Northeast Ohio!
