We contacted the team at G.W. Gill Plumbing and Heating due to an issue with our hot water tank. I greatly appreciated working with a real team member on the phone and not having to input information into AI to talk to someone about our problem. We initially left a voicemail and got a call back within 15 minutes and scheduled a time for a team member to come out to help diagnose the problem. Logan worked assiduously to detect the problem, but unfortunately, we needed to replace the tank. The pricing to replace the hot water tank was very fair and reasonable, especially because we needed a specific size.

Had a great experience working with GW Gill. Kent was very easy to work with, quick to respond, and gave us very fair pricing. They did some work for us here in Michigan and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Definitely appreciate the professionalism and would recommend them to others.

Kent was very courteous and professional. He was able to diagnose and have our boiler up and running within an hour of arriving. He identified the root cause and issues we will need to address in the spring/summer. I definitely look forward to using GW Gill Plumbing and Heating again. (Previous HVAC that installed our boiler couldn't even properly diagnose the issue. See my reviews to see who to avoid).
